Reiki practitioners are channeled and guided by spirit. Everyone's Reiki session is different depending on what I'm intuitively guided to do. And everyone's cumulative sessions are different as well. I talk to you during or after the session and tell you what I felt/saw during the session. It took time to get to where you're at so it will take time to release what is not the highest and best for your mind, body and soul. Weekly or monthly appointments are suggested for best results. Some of my reiki and integrated healing includes but not limited to:

*Rings of Oden - These tools assist with release of emotional residues (anger, fear/anxiety, sadness, guilt/shame), toxins, parasites, organ, muscular tension and bone healing, etc.

*BioMorphic Geometry - Using these tools assists with lymph system, nervous system, organ repair, mental, emotional, and spiritual, etc.

*Tong Ren - This modality assists with eye, ear, and sinus issues, along with healing multiple overall body issues such as autoimmune diseases, circulation, etc., but not restricted to that list.​​​
